Job Description About the Role As an experienced Occupational Therapist at Novita, based in Kadina, you will: Manage a diverse and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored programs of support Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their professional development Lead by example in the delivery of evidence-based, client-centred therapeutic supports Contribute to service innovation within your own caseload and across the whole organisation by developing community-based programs and enhancing service delivery Actively participate in service planning, client reviews, and multidisciplinary decision-making Work closely with other senior clinicians, team leaders and clinical leads to support positive team culture and improve service delivery Please note, the official title of this role is Occupational Therapist.
